From day 1, when he came out to appraise our property, Ralph Pacillo was professional, honest, knowledgeable & helpful. Ralph was easy to talk to and was easy to contact. 
I always had questions and Ralph Pacillo was always there for my Wife & I. 
Ralph was always prepared to have a chat, no matter what questions I had for him. 

We were supposed to go to auction after 3 weekends of opens, but after one & a half opens, Ralph had a sale and the price he achieved was way over our expectations.
